What you can expect:
Starters
Lamb’s lettuce with potato dressing and diced bacon
Rillettes of goose in a glass with farmhouse bread
Seasonal winter salads with various dressings
Beetroot carpaccio with orange fillets, cranberry seeds and home-marinated duck breast
Soup
Cream of pumpkin soup with roasted pumpkin seeds
Main courses
Crispy roast goose – carved directly at the buffet
with orange jus and quince compote
and grilled chicken breast fillet
Side dishes
Apple red cabbage, Brussels sprouts
Potato gratin, napkin dumplings, glazed chestnuts
Dessert
Baked apple with vanilla sauce and almond brittle
Gingerbread tiramisu in a glass
