Swimming pools – training, recreation and school swimming in a modern environment

The 50-metre outdoor pool with diving platform is a real landmark of the Hennef Sports School – and has been a central location for swimming training, water sports and recreation for over seven decades. In summer, it offers ideal conditions for competitive and recreational sports, swimming camps and individual guests who want to stay active.

The indoor pool is used for school swimming lessons in the mornings and is available to the Hennef gymnastics club in the afternoons and evenings. During public swimming hours, guests of the sports school can also use the indoor pool free of charge – depending on the number of visitors (individuals, no groups).

Use by groups (e.g. clubs or training groups) is only possible at weekends and subject to availability. We will be happy to inform you about available times and conditions.

Please note: The indoor pool will be closed from July 8, 2024 until the end of 2025 due to extensive renovation work.
