Job advertisement: Night porter (m/f/d) full-time or part-time

Founded in 1950, the sports school is one of the leading soccer bases and one of the largest sports schools in Germany with special sports facilities for numerous sports, its own catering facilities and 212 beds. In addition to athletes, the Hennef Sports School – like a hotel – also accommodates pure conference and overnight guests.

We are looking to strengthen our team at the earliest possible date

a night porter (m/f/d) full-time or part-time

for the reception of our house.

Your area of responsibility includes:

You are the first point of contact for our guests in the late evening and night hours and have a variety of tasks:

  • Check-in, billing and check-out of our guests
  • looking after our guests during their stay
  • Operating the telephone switchboard
  • Simple office tasks and general reception duties

You bring with you:

  • relevant experience in the hotel industry or the willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with the new field of activity
  • Willingness to work in the evening and at night and on weekends and public holidays
  • a friendly, well-groomed and service-oriented manner towards our guests
  • Good knowledge of current PC user programs
  • a good command of written and spoken English is also desirable.
