Job advertisement: Employee (m/f/d) for green maintenance

Founded in 1950, the sports school is one of the leading soccer bases and one of the largest sports schools in Germany with special sports facilities for numerous sports, its own catering facilities and 212 beds. In addition to athletes, the Hennef Sports School – like a hotel – also accommodates pure conference and overnight guests.

We are looking to strengthen our team at the earliest possible date

a gardener (m/f/d) or helper for green maintenance (m/f/d)

part-time (20-25 hours/week) for the building services, property and construction department.

The Building Services, Property and Construction department is responsible for structural maintenance, upkeep, road safety and construction measures at the sports school, and also provides support in the preparation and implementation of events.

 

Your area of responsibility includes:

  • Assistance with general maintenance and repair work on the entire property, in particular maintenance of the green areas (mowing the lawn, cutting hedges/shrubs, removing weeds, minor maintenance work, etc.).
  • Cleaning work in the area of our outdoor pool (May-September).

You bring with you:

  • You have initial professional experience in the maintenance of green spaces.
  • You are a skilled craftsman and can handle hand-held power tools.
  • You are flexible, reliable, motivated and enjoy working in a team.
  • You are mobile (class B driver’s license).
  • We also welcome retirees and career changers.
