Easter brunch: a festive moment of enjoyment for the whole family
Enjoying together and consciously experiencing the holiday: The traditional Easter brunch at the Hennef Sports School once again provided the perfect setting for relaxed holiday hours this year. On Easter Monday, many families and guests came together in the “Müngersdorf” room and enjoyed the family get-together.
The event kicked off with a rich breakfast buffet with a varied selection of dishes such as classic stuffed eggs on marinated frisée salad and home-marinated juniper salmon as well as coffee, tea and juices. As the brunch progressed, guests were treated to a varied hot and cold buffet. Among the dishes served were a fine asparagus cream with cress and croutons, braised leg of lamb with thyme jus and sous-vide-cooked pork fillet saltimbocca with sage and butter sauce. The culinary offering was complemented by a selection of starters, salads, side dishes and fresh vegetables. The sweet finish also left nothing to be desired. The Easter brunch was rounded off with a dessert buffet featuring strawberry tiramisu, chocolate mousse and fresh fruit salad.
Henni Sieger also attended the Easter brunch and actively supported the sports school team. In addition to welcoming the guests, she was on duty at various points and was a source of great joy and curiosity, especially among the youngest visitors.
“Our Easter brunch at the Hennef Sports School is really close to my heart. So I’m all the more pleased that it’s so well received. It’s nice to see how our guests spend relaxing and enjoyable hours together here,” says Tobias Scholz, Head of Catering at the Hennef Sports School.
